The revised application is for 245 residential apartments for a registered social landlord.
The scheme has been designed to knit within the Fabric District regeneration and provides good quality residential accommodation within a commercial district. The Fabric District is facing major changes, with a variety of small and large regeneration schemes which will add to the diverse nature of the area.
This development’s two large courtyards facing onto Stafford Street will further integrate this scheme within the Fabric District.
